This recording was created as an audio companion for the "This is Neighbourhood 29" photography exhibit which was created by young people aged 7 to 17 living in the Fushe Kosove area of Pristina, the poorest community in the poorest country in Europe. It was supported by the volunteers of Kosovan NGO The Ideas Partnership as a part of their Summer Programme July-Aug 2011.

To create this recording, field recordings were taken of the youth living in Neighbourhood 29 speaking and singing and were later accompanied/orchestrated by Mike Simonelli in Boston, MA in Winter of 2012.
